The "What is Hope" campaign was the first full scale digital campaign run by Catholic Charities. The idea was to ask people around New York City what their opinion of hope was in an attempt to place focus on one of the major mission points of the organization, and show how important it is for people to continue their support.
The campaign was also meant to be the beginning of creating a more humanistic and transparent view of the organization through people's stories and digital engagement.
